The idea prototyping event, where engineers and designers develop prototypes to address key healthcare challenges, was conducted over the last three weeks starting from Jan 10.
At the end of the prototyping session, the teams presented their ideas to the jury who reviewed and selected the Top-6 ideas.

"These prototypes selected will be showcased at BioAsia 2015, which will be held on February 2-4, 2014. The top prototypes will be mentored and given an opportunity to build real products with a seed fund grant of up to Rs 2 lakh each," BioAsia said in a press release on Sunday.
The Healthcare Devthon witnessed more than 50 participants who worked on over 20 ideas. These participants visited Apollo Hospitals and Kamineni Life Science to gather insights into the functioning among others.
