Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, chairman and managing director of Biocon, said the company is planning for an overseas listing within two years."Not immediately, but we are looking at a two-year timeframe (for overseas listing)," Mazumdar-Shaw said.She added that the overseas listing would depend on a lot of factors, "but when biotech companies go for listing, they will generally go for US listing."
