Biocon today reported a net profit of Rs 35.97 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 35.37 crore in Q2FY06.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 220.16 crore from Rs 178.63 crore.
