Its Managing Director Birender Kumar Srivastava said the profit was made following a record sale of 3.9 million tonne steel.
Addressing a press conference here today, Srivastava said the steel plant managed a business of Rs 250 crore in e-commerce through reverse auction, an increase of Rs 100 crore from last year's business.
The steel plant used 132 per cent capacity of continuous casting shop, managing despatch of 3.874 million tonne steel and 2.1 million tonne hot rolled coil.
