The board of directors of Bosch Chassis Systems India has received a letter from Robert Bosch Gmbh, the holding company of the promoters, proposing for a voluntary delisting of shares from the BSE and the NSE.According to a release issued by Bosch Chassis to the BSE today, at present, Robert Bosch LLC, USA and Robert Bosch Investment B.V., Netherlands, the promoters of the company, collectively hold 80% of the total issued share capital."The company proposes to take up the matter at the forthcoming meeting of the board of directors scheduled to be held on January 25, 2008," the release added.
