Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), the state-owned oil refining and marketing company, is planning a foray into oil exploration.
The company, whose privatisation programme is on hold, is in advanced stages of negotiations with Oil India Ltd (OIL) for picking up a strategic stake in the latter
