BPL Mobile and Citibank have joined hands to launch real-time mobile commerce application - electronic recharges for BPL Mobile mots (pre-paid) subscribers.

Commonly referred to as E-top-ups, this m-commerce application will enable BPL subscribers to instantly recharge their pre-paid cards through Citibank credit cards. The facility will be commercially launched on July 7.
