The Commissioner of Labour, Mumbai has passed an order in favour of the union of Britannia Industries in a dispute over the proposed closure of the company's Mumbai factory.According to a release issued by Britannia to the BSE today, the dispute arose after the acceptance of the company's application under Section 25-O of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by the labour commissioner."The company is reviewing the legal options available," the release added.
