The overall Business Confidence Index of the Indian industry in the first quarter of the current fiscal moved up to 73.5 from 71.6 in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal, according to FICCI's Business Confidence Survey.The survey added that the current conditions index was at 70.9 in the first quarter this fiscal - up from 67.5 in Q4FY2004-05.The Expectation Index in the first quarter stood at 74.8 representing a marginal increase from 73.6 in the fourth quarter last fiscal.
