Mostly, I work in my office, or read, or cook.

What do you cook?
Dishes from the regions where I have been travelling, mixing what I have learnt with local ingredients, trying out new things. I test them on my friends.
You must be popular with them?
Quite. I have an open table, but I guess most of them come for my cellar.
That must mean a lot of friends?
I have different relationships with people, but friendship is like a rare jewel.
Why are you in India?
As part of Sopexa to spread education about wines and cheeses in India.
