Infrastructure company C&C Construction Ltd today said it is talking to hospitality majors Hilton and Golden Tulip for a management tie-up for the Rs 60 crore hotel it is developing near Mohali.

"We are talking to Hilton and Golden Tulip for our hotel. The deal would be signed in the next two weeks. It will be a four-star hotel, in which we will invest Rs 60 crore," C&C Construction Chairman G S Johar told PTI.

The 100-room property will be completed by 2012. The hotel will come up in Mohali's Bus Terminal, which the company is upgrading at a cost of Rs 500 crore.

The company has also signed a Letter of Intent with cinema chain Cinepolis for a 10-screen multiplex at the Mohali Bus Terminal.

Spread over an area of 65,000 sq ft, the 10-screen multiplex would be developed in about two years.

However, the entire bus terminal will be developed in three years and will encompass an area of 15 lakh sq ft, Johar said.

As for the company's other plans, Johar said it would focus on road projects in West Asia to increase earnings from international business.

C&C Construction would concentrate on road projects in countries like Oman, Saudi Arabia, Libya and the Central Asian nations of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to take its overall revenue share from global business to 25 per cent in five years from 15 per cent currently.
