The Ahemdabad-based Cadila Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with Nirma University has started a link-up programme leading to "advance management certificate" for its staff and executive cadre employees who have not undergone specialisation after graduation. |
"This is for the first time in the country that a university taking its classroom to the premises of a business organisation," said Anup Singh, director, Institute of Management, Nirma University. |

He said the year-long programme of advance management course is tailor-made for Cadila considering the employees potential and growth needs. |

"An elaborate course content has been worked out for the programme after many rounds of discussions with the orginsation and the faculty of the university'', he added. |

"The curriculum should help the Cadila employees in understanding the business and socio-economic environment, relating strategy with day to day management tasks, integrating functions, managing financial resources effectively and ultimately emerge as effective managers," said I A Modi, chairman, Cadila Pharma while dedicating the link-up programme to his employees. |
