Canara Bank today reported a 18% increase in net profit at Rs 361.77 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 306.51 crore in Q2FY06.According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 2,993.23 crore from Rs 2,490.19 in Q2FY06.
