Tyre maker Ceat today announced is foray into making cricket gear. The newly launched range includes the whole set i.e. bats, batting pads, batting gloves and helmets which are available in both junior and adult categories.
The range include bats in English and Kashmiri Willow variants that are available online on Amazon and Flipkart. The cricket gear will also be available at Ceat Shoppes across the country.
Nitish Bajaj, VP Marketing, Ceat Limited said, "We are very excited to launch the Ceat Cricket Gear especially at a moment when cricket fever has the country in its grips. Ceat has had a long relationship with cricket and we believe that this is a marquee initiative towards strengthening that equation."
This year, Ceat has tied up with Pepsi IPL for the Strategic Time Out segment. Ceat has also brought former Australian international cricketer Brett Lee on board as their brand ambassador for Cricket Ratings.
