While ACC saw the highest increase at 12.53 lakh tonne in September, up 13.3 per cent from 11.05 lakh tonne in September 2002, AV Birla group flagship Grasim Industries recorded a rise of 13.07 per cent at 10.27 lakh tonne in September.
The total despatches of the four companies stood at 41.32 lakh tonne against 38.02 lakh tonne in the corresponding period of the previous year.
