CFA Institute to pay $300 for taking exams abroadKalpana Pathak / Mumbai May 24, 2007Stung by the missive from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to wind up its operations in India, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) institute today filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking a stay on the notice, even as it has decided to give $300 (Rs 12,300) to each of its 7,000 students to write the June 3 examinations outside India.These locations are Kathmandu, Dhaka, Colombo, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.
