Nath was joined by the business delegation, who held discussions with the district authorities and other stakeholders for finding ways to use the existing resources of the area, an official said.
The Nagpur-Chhinwada belt is famous for citrus fruits and minor forest produce, which has strong demand in the domestic and foreign markets.
To encourage exports of fruits and vegetables from the area, the Centre has declared Chhindwara as an agri-processing zone.
