Cipla has posted a 5.77% rise in net profit at Rs 190.6 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 (Q2FY08), when compared with Rs 180.2 crore for Q2FY07.According to an official release issued by the company to the BSE, total income has increased by 25% to Rs 1140 crore for the quarter from Rs 912 crore for Q2FY07.
