Colgate Palmolive completes SS Oral Hygiene's acquisition

Colgate Palmolive has completed the acquisition of SS Oral Hygiene Products by acquiring 25% share capital from the local shareholders at an aggregate price of Rs 7.7 cr thereby making the latter a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Till now, Colgate Palmolive held 75% share capital of of SS Oral Hygiene.
