Consortium in pact with Orissa for Rs 1700cr port

 The consortium intends to mobilise Rs 450 crore from internal resources while the remaining investment would be raised from financial institutions, Mahimananda Mishra of OSL, said.

OSL would contribute 34% of equity in the consortium while the other two firms would put in 33% each.
