Rating agency Crisil, a unit of Standard & Poor’s, has posted a 68.03 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 140.57 crore for financial year ended December 2008, as comapared to Rs 83.66 crore a year ago.
Its consolidated total income rose 29.67 per cent to Rs 536.19 crore from Rs 413.49 crore in 2007.
The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 35 per share for the year.
