Cybermedia buys 49% Publication Services stakeOur Web Bureau / Mumbai December 4, 2006CyberMedia has acquired 49% stake in US-based Publication Services Inc (PSI) through its wholly owned US subsidiary CyberMedia India LLC.According to a release issued by CyberMedia, the company has an option to acquire 100% interest in PSI within three years. PSI, with a 50-member strong team and FY 06 revenue of $ 2.7 million, provides a wide range of book and document production services for publishers.
