The two companies came together today to sign the deal, which was structured as an asset purchase and is expected to close at the end of August, 2015. Through this transaction, Cyient continues to build on its growth strategy for the Asia Pacific region, specially in after market services for the aerospace industry.
However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

Cyient has built a strong presence over the years in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, as well as software, systems and electronics, in addition to after market services. Cyient Asia Pacific is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has 11 sales and delivery locations across the region, according the the company.
