Dabur India today reported a 37.55% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 64.94 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2005 when compared with Rs 47.21 crore in q3FY05.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 543 crore in Q3FY06 from Rs 428.71 crore in Q3FY05.The board today allotted 28,66,51,392 equity shares of Re 1 each as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders based on the record date of January 20, 2006.
