On Tuesday, counsels of Reliance Industries (RIL) and Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) had pleaded for daily hearing of the case.
Now, the case will be heard by a two-judge bench of justices J N Patel and K K Tated.
Earlier, a division bench of justices Patel and V M Kanade had ordered RIL to maintain status quo and restrained it from entering into gas sale contracts with parties other than RNRL and public sector NTPC.
