Daksh e-Services, which has one of the largest business process outsourcing set-ups in India, is evaluating the option of setting up overseas centres as part of its business continuity plan.
This would make it one of the first companies in the IT enabled space to develop overseas centres in a bid to diversify risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
