Landmark Real Estate, a Dalmia Group company, has picked up 50% stake for an undisclosed sum from Shipra Estates to develop two million square feet of residential area in Shipra Sun City located in Ghaziabad (NCR Delhi).The project is in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. The total development will include 1,350 apartments, and the total project size is estimated to be Rs 750 crore.Shipra Estates is one of the largest property developers in Ghaziabad, and has developed 12 million sq.ft. space in Indirapuram area including Shipra Mall, Neo Apartments and Shristi Apartments.
