Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) has raised Rs 10,000 crore by allotting NCDs to successful applicants.
Earlier in August, the company had said it will raise Rs 10,000 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches.
"The Finance Committee of the Board at its meeting held today, approved the allotment of 10 crore secured NCDs having face value of Rs 1,000 each aggregating up to Rs 10,000 crore to the respective successful applicants in various series, in terms of the shelf prospectus and tranche prospectus," it said in a regulatory filing.
Shares of the company were trading 0.22 per cent up at Rs 302.70 on BSE.
