Drug firm Divis Laboratories today said its net profit rose by 20.65 per cent to Rs 122.55 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 101.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
Total income of the company stood at Rs 417.42 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as against Rs 314.97 crore for the corresponding period previous fiscal, Divis Laboratories said in a filing to the BSE.
In another filing to the BSE, the company said P Gundu Rao, Director of the company has resigned from its board.
Established in 1990, Divis Laboratories is primarily engaged in the production of Active Pharma Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates.
