 "Drive a Nano at Rs 99/hour")
Tata Motors, India's largest automobile manufacturer has joined hands with Carzonrent, a car rental company to provide Nano on rental basis starting at Rs 99 per hour.
This self-drive service involving 200 Nanos (Twist variant) will be available only in Delhi-NCR spread across 43 locations. Consumers can also avail this service at a price of Rs 399 for a full day and Rs 6,999 for a month.
The rates are less than a third when compared to the rates levied on hatchbacks like Maruti Suzuki Swift which charges Rs 1,399 per day. The all-electric mini car Mahindra e20 comes at Rs 800 per day, offered by the same company in Delhi-NCR.
