Pune based DSK Grop is planning to invest Rs 10,000 crore for its expansion in the next three years. It will invest heavily particularly in the sectors like real estate, aviation, automobile, hospitality and education.
With a turnover of Rs 4000 crore annually and operating in varied industries such as real estate, automobiles, education, digital products, investments, pharmaceuticals, travel & leisure, hospitality and infrastructure, the group today announced its new identity and unveiled its new logo.
The newly formed entity will be called as DSK Group and all the businesses will be integrated under one umbrella brand of DSK Group.
Commenting on this, Shirish Kulkarni, managing director, DSK Group said, "Under our massive expansion plan, we will invest around 10,000 crore in the next three years. The main focus will be in areas like real estate, hospitality, aviation and automobile. The major investments will be made in real estate development and automobile, which is another promising sector for us. We have already launched super bikes in association with Hyosung. Also, the talks are on with some foreign players in the sectors like hotel chain aviation and commercial vehicles."
On re-branding Kulkarni said, "The launch of new logo kicks-off a new era for DSK Group. The re-branding is a strategic shift in positioning since the group was catering to clients across major cities in diverse markets. The idea behind re-branding is that the brand needs to speak of our envisioned future for the various industries we cater to."
Recently, DSK Group ventured into the two wheeler launch of DSK Motowheels Pvt Ltd. in association with Korean S&T Motors, who will partner DSK Motowheels for assembling, marketing and selling ‘Hyosung’ Superbikes.

With this tieup DSK Motowheels replaces Garware Motors Limited as the exclusive distributors of ‘Hyosung’ Motorcycles in India.
DSK is investing Rs 300 crore for the plant facility in Wai near Pune. DSK also are dealers of Toyota cars and HINO commercial vehicles for Maharashtra.
The group is in talks with a US based restaurent chain to expand its base in India.
The company is planning to launch a chopper service and chartered flight service in India. However, Kulkarni denied to disclose any details on these developments.
