EcoSecurities to set up office in Jaipur

EcoSecurities, one of the world's leading companies in the business of originating, developing and commercialising carbon credits from greenhouse gas emission reduction projects, aims to put Rajasthan on the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) map by setting up an office in Jaipur.

EcoSecurities has recently won a bid from the British High Commission to expand environment awareness in the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector in Rajasthan.

The project aims for a 50 per cent increase in registered projects in the state and wants Rajasthan to be the leading state when it comes to CDM project awareness implementation.

The group specialises in creating carbon credits from a diverse portfolio of projects in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, agriculture, waste handling and forestry.
