Educomp Solutions' wholly-owned US subsidiary, Edumatics Corp Inc, has entered into a joint venture (JV) with US-based Learning.com, to provide educators with innovative, web-delivered curriculum solutions that support unproved student learning outcomes.According to an official release issued by the company to the BSE today, the JV will facilitate leveraging of Educomp's IP/content repository with Learning.com's technology leading to the creation of a web-delivered instruction/digital learning environment that can be accessed by students anytime, anywhere.Learning.com is a provider of web-enhanced curriculum and assessment, partners with schools and districts to improve student-learning outcomes. Under the joint venture, all digital curriculum developed will be delivered through Learning.com's innovative digital learning environment that allows teachers and administrators to individualise instruction, customise assignments, and quickly access student process reports.
