Elvy Lifestyle, the country's first lifestyle mail order catalogue company, has announced its plans to foray into the Punjab market.

The firm is backed by Stalwart Creations, who has been in the lifestyle business for more than 55 years.

Started four months ago by Lovy Khosla, Elvy Lifestyle is the first-of-its-kind mail order company that has introduced the integrated approach of providing high-end products to the customer through shopping catalogues, touch-and-feel shops and Internet malls (at www.elvy.in).

Speaking to Business Standard, Lovy Khosla, managing director of Elvy Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, said: "Our main strength is the sourcing and distribution of products. "After New Delhi, Punjab is of strategic importance to us. We are looking forward to providing convenient shopping to shoppers in Punjab and provide them with quality products simultaneously."

Giving an example of this, Khosla said, "For one of our products, the Platinum Dinnerware, we went to Sri Lanka for bone china, sequined placemats and napkins were made in Panipat (Haryana), and silver-plated cutlery set at Faridabad."

Giving details about Elvy's product range, Lovy said, "We are offering 225 products, from cutlery, linen, bar products to sports merchandise and coordinated office accessories. These products have either been procured from various countries or have been created in special design centres in India and abroad. We also have our own in-house team of designers. All our products are priced from as low as Rs 495 to Rs 20,000."

The product portfolio also includes coordinated bed and rug collection; bath collection; table top collection; kitchen accessories; bar accessories; kids' room accessories; products made of leather; silver-plated products; small and innovative electrical items; and artifacts in ceramic, porcelain, glass, wood, etc.
