Emirates Airlines' offer to members

Emirates Airlines has announced an offer for the South Indian travellers, who have newly registered for its frequent flyer programme, Skywards.
 
Skywards, the frequent flyer programme of Emirates and SriLankan airlines, offers three tiers of membership, Blue, Silver and Gold, with each membership tier providing exclusive privileges. Members earn Skywards Miles as they fly Emirates, Sri Lankan or partner airlines, or when they use the programme's designated hotels, car rentals, financial, leisure and lifestyle partners.
 
Newly registered Skywards members, flying from Chennai, Hyderabad , Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram, to North America and select European destinations, will be rewarded with Skywards' 'First Flight Bonus' of up to 5,000 Skywards Miles in addition to the regular Skywards Miles earned on the flight.
 
The total accumulated miles on one return flight to the above mentioned destinations, will allow new members to redeem a complimentary economy class return ticket to Colombo, Sri Lanka , which can also be transferred at the discretion of the Skywards member.
 
Travellers can join Skywards by registering online or at the Emirates offices in Chennai, Hyderabad , Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. Registration is free of charge.
 
Skywards was launched in 2000. The worldwide membership of this loyalty programme, which is currently available in over 200 countries, is about 1.8 million.
