Epicor partners with Aditya Birla Minacs for India, West Asia

Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business solution for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organisations, today announced its partnership with Aditya Birla Minacs to sell, implement and support Epicor's next-generation enterprises resource planning solutions in India and West Asia.

The partnership will target the SME segment and certain manufacturing verticals.

"The partnership means that coupled with Epicor's next generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, customers will be ready to take advantage of new business opportunities and together we can offer them extensive support for growing their enterprises across the region," Basil Daniells, vice president sales, Epicor told media.

"Our partnership with Epicor is an extension to our belief that enterprises will increasingly focus on their core and depend on an eco system of specialised partners to deliver the rest of their value chains," Deepak Patel, chief executive officer for Aditya Birla said.

"Our aim is to expand our capabilities as a specialised partner to our clients, by building and leveraging deep domain and process expertise and helping clients realise the full potential from their investments.

Epicor's service oriented architecture and built-in business as performance management, BPM, capabilities, enables Minacs to offer customers," Patel said.
