Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) and Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL) on Monday entered into an agreement for sharing the cost of free drinking water being supplied to the residents of Eloor village, where the two companies are situated. Water supply has been effective since January 2009.
