The board of directors of FDC, at its meeting held today, have declared an 75% interim dividend on the post bonus paid up share capital of the company, for the year 2004-2005. According to a release issued by FDC to the BSE, the company had issued and allotted bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 in May 2004. While the post bonus paid up equity share capital of the company is 19.14 crore equity shares of Re 1/- as on date, the record date has been set on March 25, 2005 for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the said dividend, the release added.
