According to a release issued by Fidelity International to the NSE today, Fidelity International and Fidelity Management and Research Corporation (FMR) have acquired 5,00,000 shares, aggregating to 1.78% of the total paid up capital of Eicher Motors, on September 27 via open market transactions.
"With this acquistion, the total shareholding of Fidelity International and FMR totals 15,07,049 shares, aggregating to 5.36%, in Eicher Motors," the release added.
