Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 153.27 crore (provisional) on Thursday, according to data released by BSE.While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,001.36 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,848.09 crore.FIIs were net buyers of Rs 23.30 crore on Wednesday, May 09, according to data released by Sebi on Thursday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,974.10 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,950.80 crore.Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 114.70 crore on Wednesday. MFs made purchases of Rs 446.50 crore and sales of Rs 561.20 crore.
