Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 556 crore on July 5, Wednesday according to data released by Sebi today.While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2117.10 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1561.20 crore.Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 68.48 crore on Wednesday. MFs made purchases of Rs 259.38 crore and sales of Rs 327.86 crore.
