Motorola corporate vice president and India chairman Firdose Vandrevala has resigned from the company with effect from July 1, to pursue other interests.The company has appointed Amit Sharma, vice president-strategy (Asia Pacific) as the interim chairman.Simon Leung, president (Asia Pacific), Motorola Inc, said: "Firdose is leaving us to pursue other career interests. He has contributed to our strategy, growth, and governance. I commend Firdose for his contribution and wish him success in his new career."
