Fire at CONCOR warehouse damages Rs 30 cr goods

Container Corporation has informed the stock exchanges that there was a fire at the export warehouse of its Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad on April 10.

As per initial assessment, goods worth Rs 30 crore were damaged due to the fire. There was partial damage to the warehouse building assessed at Rs 5 crore. The company's liability for goods and warehouse is fully insured.

The company has informed that the operation was not disrupted due to the fire, normal operations for both import and export commenced today.
