PVR today said T Rowe Price New Asia Fund has picked up 0.99% stake in the company, taking its total stake in it to 5.65%.The foreign fund, a part of T Rowe Price International Inc & T Rowe Price Associates, has acquired 2.28 lakh shares aggregating to 0.99% of the total paid up capital of the company, through open market transactions, PVR informed the National Stock Exchange.Following the acquisition, the stake of T Rowe Price New Asia Fund in PVR stands at 12.93 lakh shares aggregating to 5.65% of the company's total paid up capital.
