Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training, a division of Frankfinn Aviation Service Limited, has rolled out new courses- First Impression and Frankfinn Corpexcel at its Bhubaneswar centre.
While the Frankfinn Corpexcel is aimed at enabling business organizations to cope up with the changing dynamics of business, the objective of launching the First Impression is to arm different people, be they fresh graduates or upcoming entrepreneurs with the necessary soft skills to create an indelible first impression. These courses would be offered by Frankfinn at its 95 centres across the country.
Addressing media persons here, Partha Bose, regional head (east), Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training said, “Frankfinn's Corpexcel programme would provide training to the corporate executives on leadership development, team building, time management, stress management, customer care, business etiquette and mannerisms as well as enquiry and complaint handling. This training will be imparted in English, Hindi and regional languages.”
