Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols has entered into a technical co-operation agreement with France-based Roquette Ferres.According to a release issued by Riddhi Siddhi to the BSE today, the French company has subscribed to 15.78 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 190 each. It has also subscribed to 85,000 warrants of the company at the same price, the release added.Roquette Ferres chairman Marc Roquette is currently visiting India, and would discuss the future plans of the company on April 10, the release added.
