Kishore Biyani's financial services arm, Future Capital Holdings, has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi).According to earlier reports, the IPO might be valued at Rs 5,000 crore. Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, JM Financial and Enam were working on the proposed IPO, the reports had said.
