GA European Investments has acquired 48,36,000 shares aggregating to 7.954% of the total paid-up shares of New Delhi Television (NDTV).According to a release issued by NDTV to the NSE today, GA European Investments acquired the shares from Shyam Cellular Infrastructure Projects.
