Gail India has signed an annual performance target MoU with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for FY07.According to an official release issued to the BSE today, the company has targeted transmission of 76.67 mmscmd (metric million standard cubic metres per day) of natural gas from domestic sources and through LNG route, which includes gas marketing target of 69 mmscd.The MoU also provides for a production target of 320,000 million tonnes of polymers and about 1.25 million tonnes of liquid hydrocarbons, the release said.Gail's performance would be assessed on key financial parameters as well as dynamic parameters such as project implementation, gas sourcing, customer focus, safety and enterprise-efficiency, it added.The MoU was signed by the Ministry of Petroleum and natural gas secretary M S Srinivasan and Proshanto Banerjee, CMD of Gail.
