Gammon Infrastructure Projects today said the company in consortium with two other firms, including state-run MMTC, has bagged a Rs 505 crore contract from Paradip Port Trust for the development of deep draught iron ore berth at Paradip.
"The company in consortium with Noble Group and MMTC has been awarded a project for the development of deep draught iron ore berth at Paradip in Orissa," Gammon Infra said a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
According to the infrastructure developer, the concession period of this project is 30 years, including a construction period of three years.
The contract is on built, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. The company has 31 per cent equity stake in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) implementing the project, it added.
Shares of Gammon Infra today closed at Rs 127.40, up 0.71 per cent on the BSE.
